HOLOS counselling provides trauma informed counselling centred on a strengths based human centred approach.
Amy offers a gentle, grounded space to explore the parts of yourself that are asking for care. Rooted in a trauma-informed and integrative approach, Amy weaves together evidence-based practices like Narrative Therapy and CBT with somatic tools including mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and body-based awareness. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are — with kindness, curiosity, and respect.
Amy has a particular interest in working with burnout, vicarious trauma, and emotional fatigue, especially among those in remote, caring, or high-pressure roles. She also supports individuals navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. In-person sessions are available in Darwin, with online appointments offered Australia-wide.
What to Expect
